Choose the rail hub for the starting valley: Lourdes or Tarbes for the central Pyrenees, Foix for the east, and Huesca or Zaragoza for the Spanish side. Continue by regional bus or transfer towards the trailhead. On the French side, use the A64 and valley D-roads; on the Spanish side, use the A-23, N-260 and local access roads. High passes and hut roads may close seasonally.
