Подготовка к маршруту

Route at a glance

The approach to the water unfolds gradually, moving from sheltered paths to open shoreline. An unhurried pace leaves time to notice woodland paths, open shores and quiet waterside sections rather than focusing only on the finish. Named places along the way include Lake Karovoe and Ergaki. Together they give the walk a clear sequence and make the area easier to remember.

By car
Drive on the R-257 Yenisey highway between Abakan and Kyzyl. Turn off only to official lodges, visitor centres and nature-park parking areas. Because the start and finish are in different places, check the return service in advance, arrange a transfer or leave a second vehicle near the finish.

Difficult sections and safety
