The path follows the river valley, sometimes close to the water and sometimes on higher banks. An unhurried pace leaves time to notice floodplain paths, green riverbanks and quiet country lanes rather than focusing only on the finish. The main line of the experience is formed by Porogi reki Gladyshevki. They are spaced through the journey so that the area reveals itself gradually.

Getting there

Without a car

From Saint Petersburg, take a suburban train from Finlyandsky railway terminal to the station nearest the trailhead, then continue by local bus or on foot towards the trailhead. Check seasonal services and the last return train for remote areas.

By car

Drive via the A-181 Scandinavia highway or Primorskoye Highway, then use the regional road towards the trailhead. On forest and coastal sections, use only open access roads.

Parking

Leave the car beside a railway station, official nature-trail entrance, recreation base or municipal car park. Do not pass barriers or obstruct emergency access.
