Route at a glance

Open wetland alternates with wooded islands and drier ridges. An unhurried pace leaves time to notice open wetlands, pine-covered islands and boardwalk sections rather than focusing only on the finish. The main line of the experience is formed by Po Pushche, Kobrin and Drogichin. They are spaced through the journey so that the area reveals itself gradually.

Getting there

Without a car
Travel by train to Brest-Tsentralny, then take a bus via Kamenets to Kamianiuki or the relevant settlement. Continue towards the trailhead on foot or by bicycle and check the return service in advance.
By car
From Brest, use the M1 and then the P83 via Kamenets to Kamianiuki, or the relevant district road. Enter the protected area only through official checkpoints.
Parking
Park at the visitor complex, nature museum, official forest entrance or in the nearest settlement. Keep forest roads and ranger access clear.

Difficult sections and safety

Forest roads may include sand, ruts, branches, and washed-out patches. Slow down before blind bends, check tyre condition, and allow extra time for difficult surfaces. Low-lying sections may be waterlogged in spring and after prolonged rain.
