Route at a glance

The shoreline continually changes perspective, moving between sheltered sections and exposed headlands. Along the way, coastal paths, exposed headlands and sheltered bays are revealed one section at a time. Particular attention should be given to Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park, Domachevo, Mezhoziornaia and Kamenets Tower. These are the places that give the route its recognisable character.

Getting there

Without a car

Travel by train to Brest-Tsentralny, then take a bus via Kamenets to Kamianiuki or the relevant settlement. Continue towards the trailhead on foot or by bicycle and check the return service in advance. Because the start and finish are in different places, check the return service in advance, arrange a transfer or leave a second vehicle near the finish.

By car

From Brest, use the M1 and then the P83 via Kamenets to Kamianiuki, or the relevant district road. Enter the protected area only through official checkpoints. Parking

Park at the visitor complex, nature museum, official forest entrance or in the nearest settlement. Keep forest roads and ranger access clear.

Difficult sections and safety

After rain, the trail can become slippery and low-lying sections may be waterlogged. Stay on the route where possible, keep the phone charged, and leave enough time before dark.
