Getting there

Travel by train to Mogilev, Orsha-Tsentralnaya, Horki or Krychau, then take a district bus to the settlement near the trailhead. Check infrequent rural services in advance. Because the start and finish are in different places, check the return service in advance, arrange a transfer or leave a second vehicle near the finish.
By car

Difficult sections and safety

The main risks are traffic, fatigue, and changing weather on exposed sections. Wear visible clothing, use lights even in daylight, and replenish water before supplies run low. The finish is separate from the start, so arrange the return journey in advance. Low-lying sections may be waterlogged in spring and after prolonged rain.
