Route at a glance

Most of the route stays under tree cover, with clearings and old tracks regularly opening the view. The combination of mixed woodland, old forest tracks and small clearings gives the journey its variety. The route passes Minsk, Tsnyanka and Ekologicheskaia tropa. Together they turn the walk into a coherent introduction to the area rather than a simple transfer.

Travel by train to Minsk-Passazhirsky, then continue by suburban train or district bus towards the town nearest the trailhead. Approach the trailhead on foot or by bicycle and check the return service in advance. By car

Drive from Minsk via the M1, M6 or P28, then use the district road towards the trailhead. Check whether the final forest or dacha road is open to normal traffic.
