Route description

From Novopolotsk, the journey first enters the rural western side, then passes through Ushachi district towards Lepel and returns to Polotsk by eastern roads. The principal historical stop is the Breakthrough Memorial Complex, where the route reaches the commemorative space itself. In Lepel, St Casimir’s Church and the Lew Sapieha monument stand close together near a park entrance. Rural and town roads alternate between these places, while the complete outing requires an independent multiday cycling plan. Confirm overnight stays and departure from Polotsk before setting off. The journey introduces the Polotsk–Lepel region; incidental lakeshore approaches and museum interiors are not automatically added.
