Route description

Zhirovichi Monastery, central Slonim and Ruzhany give this ride three distinct moods. The monastery encounter belongs to an active pilgrimage place; in Slonim, attention moves to Immaculate Conception Church, the Town Hall and Stabrovsky Museum. Treat the town section as a short walk within a larger journey: dismount, look at the buildings and then return to the road. Saint Dominic’s Chapel and the Shchara provide two more individual Slonim landmarks. In Ruzhany, Holy Trinity Church and the Sapieha Museum connect religious history with a palace episode, rather than becoming another list of similar frontages. Divide the exploration into stages and agree overnight places beforehand. The distant part finishes on another side of Zhirovichi, so returning to the precise beginning needs a separate decision. Plan full museum and monastery visits without rushing, leaving the road enough daylight.
