Route description

From Yakutskiye Gory, this running route takes a broad woodland arc north of Yakuty before continuing around the eastern and southern surroundings. The woods reveal themselves gradually: familiar nearby lanes give way to winding directions and an approach to the Skirmantovka. The small river becomes a principal reference linking different parts of the journey. For Kaspersky Race 2021, this was the first stage of the multi-stage trail event. It makes an interesting separate daylight outing: the northern woods lead into a larger eastern loop, a country road appears, and the return approaches the original venue from the south. Woodland sections alternate with places demanding a change of pace and more careful footing. Prepare the complete circuit beforehand. Establish present permissible passage at the northern Skirmantovka crossing and an old return connection before setting out. In suitable conditions, it offers a substantial running day among the small river and woodland lanes of the Dzerzhinsk district. Agree the beginning and finish at Yakutskiye Gory with its operator.

Nearby

Skirmantovo and the Volma forestry office lie outside the immediate course; a village visit or forestry-office entry is not an included stop. The short children’s circuit, King of the Hill ascent and Kaspersky Race cycling directions are separate variants. Their obstacles and sights are not added to this journey. At Yakutskiye Gory, sauna and pool access belongs to organised events. Overnight arrangements, food, assistance, marking and transfers from the former multi-stage event are not included in an independent day. Check present services and admission separately.

Suitable current transport to the beginning and back is unconfirmed. Prepare arrival towards Yakuty, an agreed walking approach and departure after a possible early finish. The former Kaspersky Race transfer belonged to the 2021 festival. Its inclusion in the old programme does not replace checking transport for the chosen day.
By car
Agree arrival with Yakutskiye Gory near Yakuty in the Dzerzhinsk district. Its operator accepts prior requests in spring, summer and autumn; the venue closes in winter. Before travelling, confirm admission to the beginning, a meeting point and return arrangements after an independent outing. If needed, meet a support vehicle separately in a permissible place beside the country road, without directing it along forest branches.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Agree parking for the entire independent running outing with the venue operator beforehand. Spaces for festival or other event guests are not a permanent arrangement. Plan return to the car after a shortened outing; without permissible parking, arrange another arrival method. Keep lanes and forest exits clear.

Риски Woodland earth lanes and paths alternate with the N8421 country road, where attention to traffic is required. The northern Skirmantovka crossing has no confirmed guaranteed dry footbridge. Establish present water conditions and a permissible crossing method beforehand; return along a verified direction if conditions are unsuitable. The southern river passage uses a culvert, whose condition also needs assessment after rain. An old deviation from the country road on the return has no confirmed continuous passage. Establish a permissible connection beforehand; if this is impossible, omit that section or finish earlier. Do not cut across crops or private land. Allow time for poor ground, roots, obstructing branches and walking. Current marking is unverified.

Useful preparation groups are the nearby departure, the northern arc towards the Skirmantovka, the eastern continuation and the southern return. These are planning references rather than food stations. Decide an early finish beforehand and retain spare daylight for difficult connections.

A dry day in the warmer season is preferable after agreeing admission to the beginning. Following prolonged rain, check the river, culvert and woodland directions separately. In heat, carry your own water; in autumn, start earlier. The operator closes the starting venue in winter, and a winter version of the rest is unverified.
