Route description

This composite walking line starts already in upper Small Almaty Gorge. It approaches the exterior of T1 glaciological station along a mountain road, then connects to the lower road without a confirmed continuous return. The final valley section ends on Shymbulak’s side. T1 is a scientific facility; indoor visits, accommodation and services are unconfirmed. The station-to-lower-road connection must not be used as an established descent. Arrange access to the high departure and actual station return independently.
