Route description

At Polyana 960, this walk combines woodland approaches beside Tobias Stream and the plunge pool. Water offers a reason to slow down: the stream crosses the path, while the Polyana 960 Plunge Pool makes a resting point without requiring a swim. The resort remains close, but attention shifts to its woodland side and small waterside places. This version combines branches and retraced portions rather than promising one standard Health Trail circuit. Ask which paths are open on the day and use only authorised marked passages. Resort trail status changes with weather and operating arrangements; a description does not replace admission confirmation. Arrange the Sochi National Park permit beforehand. Dry, settled conditions are preferable for the water stops.

Without a car
The official guide describes Lastochka trains to Estosadok station with an onward taxi or booked transfer, and buses from Sochi and Adler. Arrange the separate ascent to Polyana 960 and check arrival schedules against your return arrangements.
By car
The lower resort approach uses the A-149 via Estosadok. Agree access to Polyana 960 separately and visit the woodland branches on foot. Confirm the permitted drop-off level before travelling.
Parking
The resort identifies parking at Polyana 540 and Polyana 960. Choose the storage level together with the return plan and check its conditions. A space immediately beside the woodland entrance is unconfirmed.
