Route description

Yusupov Pond is a separate small destination on the wooded side of the Grand Canyon area. This variant already begins close to the waterbody, without including a full walk from Sokoline. Pause by the water to examine the bank, then notice Vris, the source associated with the local cave-water system. The outing rewards attention to one quiet place rather than a hurried tour of the whole area. Silver Streams Waterfall needs a separate approach and is excluded from this short walk. Confirm arrival at the beginning, return towards the road and current access to the woodland. Older accounts of trout and clear water do not establish today’s pond conditions. View the source from its accessible side; underground exploration of Yellow Cave would need different preparation.
