Route description

Secret Paths brings several sides of the forest into a substantial ride from Kamenyuki. After the familiar Hermit Oak area, the route reaches a planted pine grove, old forest roads and natural stops that become easier to recognise once you know their names. The Pine Family consists of trees growing closely together, while Queen Pine offers the contrasting shape of a powerful individual veteran important to conserving the forest’s inheritance. Interpretation along the way also addresses bison restoration and dead wood. Choose this demanding bicycle circuit for attentive forest discovery and confident riding on earth roads. It approaches Father Frost’s estate from outside; entering the storybook complex requires a separate decision and ticket.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
The park recommends Secret Paths to prepared cyclists. Children need appropriate experience and accompaniment; this long, demanding circuit is unsuitable for a first forest ride. Domestic animals are prohibited.

Nearby

The Belarusian Father Frost estate is near the northern section, but entry and a guided visit are charged separately. The nature museum near the start and finish is better assigned its own time; it is not automatically included in the forest circuit.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Buses and minibuses from Brest reach the Kamenyuki visitor entrance; the rail approach uses Brest Central. For this longer outing, confirm the return service and bicycle-hire hours in advance.
By car
Approach Kamenyuki via P83 from Brest. The bicycle circuit returns to the entrance; arrange car storage before visiting and do not treat electric-scooter rules as permission to drive a car into the woodland.
Parking
Current visitor-complex parking conditions are not confirmed. Discuss permitted storage with the administration for the entire outing. Owning a car does not establish permission to use the internal visitor roads.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 54 м.
SurfaceAsphalt 30%, Improved surface 19%, Unknown 51%.
Риски Asphalt gives way to earth roads and forest paths; harder sections demand confident handling and sometimes dismounting. Do not shortcut through woodland or assume passage through closed areas. Ask about hanging branches and fallen trees after wind.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Time for the route 4–5 h
With stops | 5–6 h Allow this for the full bicycle circuit with forest sections, returning to the visitor entrance. The park gives about five hours for its usual variant. On foot this is most of a day; estate and museum visits are additional.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Choose a dry day in the warmer season and begin early. Rain can make earth-road riding substantially harder; shorter autumn daylight limits time for the complete circuit. Ask the park about current conditions and admission.

What to bring

Базовый список для комфортного похода
A prepared forest bicycle, helmet, repair kit and spare tube.
Food and water for the whole outing, waterproof clothing and a warm layer.
