Route description

This version introduces the Slabodka esker through two walking sections. The first begins on its hilly middle, goes towards the western side and returns to a central passage. The second approaches from Slabodka in the east and leads back onto the ridge. Establish the link between these starting points beforehand; a convenient continuous circuit is not confirmed. Both sections share their main subject: a narrow chain of glacial hills between Lakes Nedrovo and Potsekh. The change between the upper ridge and its lower lakeside surroundings makes the landform tangible, while separate walks can suit a relaxed day in the Braslav Lake District.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 19 м.
SurfaceDirt 100%.
Риски The main organisational difficulty is the division into sections with different starting points. Establish a permitted link using signs and park information; do not shortcut directly across lakeshores. Take particular care on narrow rolling ground after rain, especially when descending.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 1 h 11 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Complete duration for both sections and their required approaches is not established. Plan them separately, then add the agreed link and return. The eastern entrance should not automatically be treated as the start of a continuous circuit.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Dry weather makes the paths and different sides of the hills easier to distinguish. Wet soil, autumn leaves and ice require more care. Confirm both approaches’ accessibility with the national park before visiting.

What to bring
