Route description

This walking approach starts on Gorelnik’s upper access side and climbs into its tributary valley. It follows the river direction before approaching Lower and Upper Gorelnik waterfalls. It ends at the upper-waterfall approach; arrange your own return. The short variant focuses on two specific waterfalls, spruce woodland and a stony path. Its departure is above Medeu and excludes the complete lower climb from the skating complex. Check crossings, path conditions and the return arrangement beforehand.
