Route description

This walking descent begins in upper Small Almaty Gorge. It follows the Small Almaty River towards Tuyuk-Su alpine camp and ends on the mountain road north of the camp. It is a specific lower valley section with an exterior passage beside an operating mountaineering centre. Arrange the high-departure approach and further resort descent independently. The line excludes Tuyuksu Glacier, T1 station and the complete climb from Medeu. Indoor access, food and camp accommodation require advance agreement with the operator.
