Route description

Aromaty Mira explores different corners of Biryulyovo Dendropark, from the paths around the Central Pond to the Japanese Pavilion and small sculptures among the trees. Ride slowly, pause beside the water and notice how the character of the plantings changes. The arboretum becomes a living collection in which neighbouring avenues offer different impressions. Choose this version for botanical curiosity and an unhurried outing in southern Moscow. Pause by the Japanese Pavilion and walk your bicycle near the ponds whenever paths are busy. Metro construction is changing the approach to the park, so select an operating entrance beforehand.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
This version originates from a city cycle path. Ride slowly with children and give way to walkers. Current works diversions and access to every section with a stroller have not been established. Ask the present park operator about dog rules; mobile coverage has not been checked.

Nearby

Continue exploring southern Moscow with a separate visit to Tsaritsyno’s historic park. It has different entrances and rules: bicycle access on Biryulyovo’s paths does not establish permission in the palace grounds.

Getting there

SurfaceAsphalt 39%, Paving stones 19%, Dirt 13%, Unknown 13%.
Риски Take care where paths meet: walkers, runners and service electric vehicles use the park. Rain may leave puddles and slippery leaves; winter brings ice. Keep out of fenced works areas, stay back from the water and protect the botanical plantings.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 29 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Plan | A short walk or gentle cycle outing Allow roughly 1–2 hours for all sections and pauses at the ponds and pavilion. This is an editorial allowance; add the approach from the stop and your return to the chosen exit. Flowering season and busy weekends may mean more walking with the bicycle.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Late spring to early autumn makes the botanical plantings easier to appreciate. Flowering follows each year’s weather, so cherry blossom cannot be promised on a particular date. Autumn brings leaf colours and slippery wet paths. Check winter clearance and ice beforehand.
