Route description

Radonezh to Abramtsevo with a western spur is a local ski passage between two halts on the Yaroslavsky direction. Instead of following a short railway-side connection, this version first heads southwest towards Gerasimikha and the Yakhroma. The river appears at two nearby locations, each requiring its own decision about present passage. A short western spur then requires returning before the northern arc gradually turns towards Abramtsevo halt. Ski corridors connect different sides of the area for a substantial independent day with another railway finish. The author describes historical volunteer work and neighbouring shortcuts; check present clearance and your chosen connections before travelling. Abramtsevo Museum is outside this station ending.

The author separately describes shortcuts near Avialesookhrana and in the Gerasimikha ravine: confirm their present access and selection in your own plan. Assess both Yakhroma locations independently; bridges, safe fords and ice are unconfirmed. The short western spur requires returning. Historical clearance and a former club gathering do not establish today’s passage.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 5 h 48 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
A confirmed total duration for the one-day ski outing is unavailable. Include the Radonezh approach, southwestern section with both river locations, western out-and-back and northern arc towards Abramtsevo. Add separate passenger approaches and a reserve before your chosen train. The former club gathering does not set a present lunch timetable; neighbouring shortened versions have another continuation.

Best time to go

The ski intent needs settled snow and checked present passage. A thaw changes conditions at the Yakhroma and open connections. The author’s description of customary skiing and clearance in earlier seasons does not establish preparation today. Complete summer walking or bicycle suitability of this version is separately unestablished.
