Route description

This western approach from Sanatorny introduces a less obvious rock side of the Olkha Plateau. The woodland direction first heads northwest, then turns southwest and moves steadily farther from the railway. One specific stop is Frog Princess Rock, whose name invites you to look closely at the stone and find your own association. The passage then continues through woodland towards the western Gate Rock. Establish its final approach separately. This version is a one-way outing: a return to Sanatorny is not included in the described approach and needs planning before departure. Confident navigation and a look at one confirmed outcrop are the main attractions; views from every rock are unconfirmed.

The western Gate Rock lies on the further-continuation side, but a separate final visit to its named location is unconfirmed here. Soldatsky Rock is off the original passage. The Gate Rock locality near Glubokaya and Tsar’s Gates are different places; their descriptions, vehicle approaches and views do not apply to this version. Tri Klyucha Mountain cannot be treated as a confirmed visited summit from an old caption alone. As checked on 14 October, local access conditions, current passages, drinking water, services and a complete return require clarification.
