Route description

This large circuit from Novopolotsk connects northern country roads with Dokshytsy, Vileyka and Volozhin, then passes through Kreva, Boruny and Halshany. Its distant western side leads towards Ashmyany and Mikhalishki before the northern return reaches Novopolotsk again. The architecture stops are specific: Classical St Joseph’s Church in Volozhin, Boruny’s Baroque church and the Franciscan church in Halshany. It is an independent multiday cycling journey through several districts, where the roads between places matter as much to preparation as the stops themselves. Confirm accommodation, food and early-finish options beforehand. Kreva and Halshany castles lie nearby, but their interior visits are not included in this road circuit.
