Route description

This short approach from Buron leads away from the busy main gorge towards the quieter surroundings of Khukali. It offers an introduction to lower Tsey without travelling to the glaciers: the mountain road leaves the settlement behind and brings attention to nearby slopes and village approaches. Treat this as an independent short walk with a prearranged return. Upper nature trails, the Rekom sanctuary and the glaciers need different approaches. Before starting, ask locally about the accessible path, its surface and passage to your chosen finish.
