Route description

From Cirque 2, the path passes the slope beside Medvezhy waterfall and descends towards lower Aibga. Medvezhy differs from a vertical cascade: water slides over inclined rock near the head of Tobias stream. Farther down, the open mountain bowl gives way to the resort’s wooded slope. A later branch points towards Polikarya and ends on its approach. Before continuing to the waterfall itself, confirm the open final path and return to the cableway. The day centres on real water features, but descending still takes effort and does not automatically finish at a lift cabin.

Car-free arrival is possible through the resort and operating lifts. The sustained descent and subsequent climbs need steady walking; children require experience and agreed supervision. A stroller or bicycle is unsuitable for this walking passage.

Nearby

Polikarya itself lies beyond the selected final approach; check a safe open viewing path separately. Iceberg and Kholodnoye lakes are higher in Cirque 3 and require another mountain outing, rather than an automatic addition after the forest descent.
