Route description

The Greek Viewpoint lies on a wooded spur of Achishkho, with Krasnaya Polyana framed by the surrounding mountains. It is a natural pause on this outing: after the shaded approach, linger beside the open edge and study the village below. The extended circuit then returns to neighbouring woodland paths, passing familiar places several times. Choose the path through its junctions in advance instead of simply heading higher. Agree the entire itinerary with the protected-area administration before walking: a published excursion to the viewpoint does not establish permission for every branch of this circuit.
