Route description

Jerm’n ferrata climbs beside the Jerman waterfalls above Gozd Martuljek. Water and rock remain close: progress follows fixed protection, while bridges change the gorge side and the view of the cascade. After the protected ascent, the passage reaches the Hladnik stream side. Its compact extent contains a technically serious programme. The tourism authority gives D difficulty, with E sections. Jerm’n requires ferrata skills and strong physical preparation; a short approach does not make it an ordinary waterfall walk. The protected path is closed from 31 October to 1 April. Check current admission and choose the descent beforehand; the full return to parking is outside this version.
