Route description

The Miskhor ascent begins on the lower side and gradually leaves the coastal rhythm for the slopes of Ai-Petri. Syungasy Spring marks an early part of the walk; higher up, Voronya Rock draws attention. Pause there for more than a photograph: the limestone walls and southern slope look different from this position. Airplane Pine near the conclusion becomes a distinctive detail of the upper landscape. This walk has its own lower approach. It joins the upper Koreiz side without reproducing the Ai-Petri descent throughout. Discuss the selected branch and access with an instructor-guide; guiding is compulsory on the official Koreiz Trail. Take unhurried pauses by the springs and Miskhor Grotto, leaving energy for the final climb and the return chosen in advance.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
The official Koreiz passport relates the lower side to Miskhor Turnoff bus stop. Check current services from Yalta and arrange the approach to this branch separately. Confirm return from the upper side before climbing, including cable-car operation if you intend to use it.
By car
The passport describes lower Miskhor access and the upper cable-station side by Bakhchisaray Highway. Agree delivery below and collection above for this ascent. Confirm current road access and collection; the walking trail is not a vehicle continuation.
Parking
The official passport identifies parking at the lower Ai-Petri visitor centre and upper cable station. Choose vehicle storage with the return plan and check current conditions. A car cannot be assumed to appear at the other end of the ascent.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 871 м.
SurfaceDirt 6%, Unknown 94%.
Риски Keep a measured climbing pace rather than rushing for upper-side transport. Stones, rock outcrops and drops require careful steps. Rain, snow, strong wind and poor visibility change conditions; agree the decision to walk with the guide. Springs do not replace a carried water supply.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 3 h
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Use a separate daylight outing for the ascent and pauses at Voronya Rock and the pine. Plan delivery and a confirmed return from the upper side. A walking return needs energy and daylight reserved for a separate descent.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Dry, snow-free conditions with a stable forecast suit an ordinary ascent. Summer can bring lower-side heat and wind above. Assess the rocky side separately in spring, autumn and winter; a date does not establish safe access.

What to bring

Базовый список для комфортного похода
