This outing approaches Vuohensalo Lighthouse through woodland northwest of Motornaya Bay. The Ladoga visit unfolds gradually: the forest passage comes first, with the lighthouse providing the principal waterside finish. Once admission is agreed, allow a quiet exterior look and a shore pause. The tower is more rewarding in its bay setting than as a hurried photograph after a tiring approach. The passage is one way. A return to the starting place or collection at the ending needs separate arrangements. The final approach is associated with the guarded Captain Morgan hotel grounds.
