Route description

The northern version of the former Gladyshevka circuit offers a different arrangement for exploring the river. Woodland passages begin on the intermediate-entrance side, while Seppyanen Watermill and the Linde Guesthouse foundations provide stops within a longer outing. Examine the traces of former river activity beside the water, then return to the woodland passage. The southern section is included here but is not the usual departure point of this version. Choose the plan only after checking present admission. Since July 2026 the reserve has been replacing the circuit with a linear trail and warning about removed signs on former paths. The northern loop is not a confirmed operating circuit under the new layout. Establish permitted parts, water-crossing conditions and the return. Examine the mill and historical foundations from an accessible exterior position.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
Without a car - Hard With children - With caution With a dog - No data By bike - No data With a stroller - No Mobile signal - No data For walkers able to navigate a confirmed present layout. Avoid uncertain former junctions with children. Check intermediate-entrance transfers and the return departure separately.

Nearby

The new linear Gladyshevka Rapids Trail needs a separate entrance and exit choice. Leave Gladyshevskoye Lake or Lindulovskaya Grove for another trip. Gorkovskoye village serves a neighbouring arrival side rather than a sightseeing stop within this circuit.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
The reserve describes intermediate entrances reached through Zelenogorsk and buses 283/283A to Ninth Kilometre of Srednevyborgskoye Highway or Belokamenka. Choose the entrance suited to the northern side under the present layout and check departures. Gorkovskoye Platform serves another side with an onward journey.
By car
Identify an authorised northern woodland entrance and a later meeting place first. The published southern equestrian-club approach at Gorkovskoye does not arrange a northern drop-off. Keep away from closed former woodland roads.
Parking
The official guide identifies vehicle storage at the equestrian club on the southern Gorkovskoye side. Official parking at the selected northern entrance is unconfirmed. Ask local services whether a vehicle may remain at an agreed location until you return.

SurfaceDirt 96%, Dirt / grass 1%, Asphalt 1%.
Риски Establish a safe present sequence before walking, because former signs may be missing. Avoid bank shortcuts intended to close the older circuit. Walk carefully over roots after rain and assess each water crossing.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 3 h 15 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
After confirming open sections, plan a daylight outing with historical stops and room for the northern return. If the former circuit is unavailable, choose the new linear trail separately with its own departure from the ending.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Choose snow-free weather and passages available for the day. The older trail’s usual summer season does not cancel the rerouting work. Reassess waterside stops and crossings after rain.

What to bring
