Route description

This mountain out-and-back starts on the lower side of Three Summits ranger station, follows the Bolshaya Kalagaza valley and Boiling Spring and climbs towards Bolshoy Nurgush’s upper mountain side. It then returns along the same main direction to its departure. A complete circuit around the mountain is excluded. The park passport sets a summer season from 1 June to 15 September and accompaniment on the graded Nurgush section. On 12 October 2026, ordinary access outside that season is unconfirmed. Do not plan departure before park permission and arrangements.
