Route description

This multi-day mountain variant starts beside Zyuratkul village and approaches Nurgush from the north. Beyond the high section it passes Boiling Spring and Three Summits ranger station, repeats some mountain and woodland passages and continues south through the Berezyak valleys towards Tyulyuk’s north side. The departure is beside Zyuratkul and the ending beside Tyulyuk. This extended sequence of repeated passages differs from the complete standard Great Ural Trail plan. The park passport sets a summer season from 1 June to 15 September and accompaniment on graded sections. On 12 October 2026, ordinary access outside that season is unconfirmed; agree the entire variant beforehand.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainДанные по набору высоты уточняются.
SurfaceDirt 49%, Improved surface 3%, Gravel 1%, Unknown 49%.
Риски Nurgush’s high block fields, repeated woodland passages and water obstacles require experience and passport-specified accompaniment. Assess the Bolshoy Berezyak crossing against current water; historical passage does not establish a safe ford. Wind, fog and prolonged rain may require changing the agreed plan.
