Route description

The full riverside option from Polushkino to Teatralnaya begins with Vasilyevskoye: its wooden suspension crossing leads towards the Resurrection Church, before the walk returns to a spring-side bank. Through Kryukovo and the woodland Gnilyusha, the surroundings gradually change. A large flooded quarry appears before Morevo, an artificial lake left by extraction and best viewed from an accessible roadside bank. The later section meets the Moscow River again near the old bridge and continues towards the return railway. An independent outing needs particular checks of the former quarry branch and the pedestrian crossing beside the railway bridge. Present complete passage is unconfirmed; the river and lake places that interest you can form a shorter programme once permitted approaches are checked.

Nearby

The boulder beside the Life-Giving Spring church in Lyzlovo needs a separate visit from the quarry side and is outside the main programme. Check entry for the Vasilyevskoye estate. Do not rely on an aviation display from Kubinka, open shops or drinkable spring water. Other Morevo options can have a different bank approach and an unfinished connection to the railway stop.

Arrive through Polushkino, with a separate approach from a permitted platform exit. After the finish south of the railway, plan your own approach to Teatralnaya and an available designated crossing. Check the trains you intend to use. Shortening the walk requires advance collection arrangements towards Kryukovo or Mars; an older bus connection does not establish a service today.
By car
Arrange a drop-off on an accessible Polushkino road and collection towards Teatralnaya. A car left at the start needs separate retrieval. Quarry entrances and woodland ruts are not established as permitted support-vehicle access. Closed gates and industrial land need the owner’s agreement.
Parking
Start and finish parking are unconfirmed. A mapped area on the middle Kryukovo section does not resolve returning to the car and requires checks of use conditions. Establish a permitted place beforehand, keeping entrances, bus areas and platform approaches clear.
