Route description

The woodland path on the left side of the Khuruma valley links a mountain approach with the lower valley east of Mondy. In the downhill direction, it returns towards the old approach from valley buildings. The stony riverbed helps define the landscape, while the walking line follows the hillside. Bring water, as the Khuruma can be dry in some seasons. This is a short independent section for getting to know the valley. Its appeal lies in walking the wooded part of a mountain approach at an unhurried pace, observing the slopes and planning your own return. Prepare access to the upper start and completion from the lower end beforehand.
