Route description

A walk towards the wooded Zadni Upłaz spur begins beside granite-built Murowaniec. The hut recalls early mountain travel in Gąsienicowa valley, while the path beyond gradually leaves the busy junction towards Pańszczyca. Notice the transition from the familiar hut to another side of the valley, cross the wooded ridge and return by the same path. Keep a relaxed pace and allow a pause at Murowaniec afterwards. The hut itself stands in the mountains: the outing first requires an ascent from the lower valley.

Czarny Staw Gąsienicowy lies on a separate blue trail from the hut, outside this outing. Continuing through Pańszczyca to Krzyżne needs its own high mountain plan. Check current booking arrangements and availability before planning a night at Murowaniec.
