Route description

The cycling passage from Kranjska Gora to Jesenice follows the settled Sava Dolinka valley. Near the beginning, pause at Liznjek Homestead and view its façade from the street. The direction then passes the Jure Robič Memorial, Hladnik Stream and the Mojstrana side beside Triglavska Bistrica. Waterside passages and contrasting settlements make the ride more engaging than a simple town-to-town transfer. This version includes repeated passages and ends in Jesenice. Arrange a return to the cycling departure or onward travel from the ending beforehand. Museum admission at the homestead and the Mojstrana Alpine Museum needs separate planning. Pedestrians share valley paths; control speed and watch crossings particularly carefully in settlements.
