Route description

From La Villa the walk descends to the water and rises onto the rural valley side through Cianins, Craciurara and Fistí. Look at the arrangement of Ladin farm groups: houses, working buildings and meadows form a shared landscape extending beyond one property. This extended version retraces familiar lanes, visits the lower Badia side, then passes Rainé towards Oies. Pause quietly outside the church, respecting worship and pilgrims. The final portion returns onto the Sotrú hillside without completing a return to La Villa. This sequence needs more time than the ordinary short Farmhouses Trail circuit. Arrange the Freinademetz birthplace interiors and a guided visit independently; farmyards remain private working spaces.

Without a car
The local operator names the bus stop outside La Villa Tourist Office at the lower start. Check current departures. After the Sotrú-side finish, use a separately confirmed walking exit to the departure point; regular transport directly from that upper finish is unestablished.
By car
Follow SS 244 through Val Badia to La Villa. End vehicle arrival at a permitted lower location. Retrieve the car separately after the upper finish; working farm roads do not authorize driving the complete walking route.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Check permitted vehicle storage in La Villa for the complete outing. Private yards, farm entrances and the Oies church side are not established parking areas.
