Route description

This walking version begins near Eklizi-Burun’s summit and descends towards Angarsky Pass. From the exposed western summit side it crosses a rocky slope, then enters the forest through Beech Glade. It finishes by the trolleybus memorial on the road side of the pass. The order reverses the usual climb from the highway: reaching the mountain start needs separate preparation. Repeated passages occur in the middle, so the programme cannot be reduced to a direct descent. An open mountain summit and shaded woodland glade provide distinct experiences. Angar-Burun itself and the lower caves are outside this walk. Check permitted sections near the massif’s western side.

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 106 м.
SurfaceТип покрытия пока не определён.
Риски Wind, fog and cliff edges require caution on the upper section. Descending stones and woodland roots stresses the legs, with reduced grip after rain. Follow junction order in the repeated middle section. Springs near the glade do not guarantee drinking water.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 2 h 27 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Complete duration including the climb to the mountain start is unknown. Plan the approach, every repeated descent section and the road meeting separately. Agree a latest finish time with daylight in reserve.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
