Route description

This short Velkota walk circles a karst pond in the old park of the former Blok family estate. Spring water collects in a natural depression, surrounded by oaks and other broadleaved trees. It invites a slower pace: watch reflections, compare leaf shapes and notice how the small park grew around its springs. The circuit returns to its eastern roadside. It covers the local pond-side park rather than every separate oak woodland in the reserve. The official description supports a gentle walk, although wooden boardwalks and fallen leaves need caution after rain. Protect the trees and follow designated passages.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 24 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Allow approximately 30–45 minutes for an unhurried local circuit with pond-side pauses. This is an editorial estimate for this variant; the official main route takes around half an hour. Add approach from the bus arrival and return-transport waiting separately.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Visits are possible year-round when local passage is accessible. Snow-free conditions make the park and pond easier to observe; autumn highlights varied leaf shapes. Check boardwalks and waterside ground after rain, snow or frost.
