Route description

This passage from Yakhroma towards Iksha makes a broad western approach to the Bornosovo side, meets the woodland Klubish and returns towards the Savyolovsky railway. Its distinctive feature is the northern woodland bypass after a short return at the stream. The author proposed this version to bypass muddy ground on the former Dyakovo clearing. A small river valley linked with the Volgusha becomes the centre of the day, followed by a change towards the south and east. The outing suits those who enjoy prolonged running through changing woodland passages. Check current ground and the crossing beforehand; the urban platform approaches also need independent preparation.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
Experience of prolonged woodland running and independent crossing assessment are needed. Conditions for children, dogs and bicycles are separately unconfirmed; do not plan the complete woodland passage with a stroller. Continuous reception has not been checked.

Nearby

Paramonovsky Ravine and the Volgusha’s main channel belong to other interesting local directions; an excursion down to them is not included. The previous version beyond the Klubish uses another clearing side and differs in its river approaches. Club rest places, fires and local holiday bases are not confirmed services for an independent outing. Turist and Morozki serve other travel versions requiring separate connections.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Both ends connect with the Savyolovsky direction. From Yakhroma’s platform, first arrange a separate urban approach to the actual start on the northern side. After finishing, another approach leads towards the required Iksha platform. Check current crossings, calls of the selected trains and return times. Starts from Turist or Morozki require different connections.
By car
Arrange vehicle delivery separately on the Yakhroma side and collection near Iksha. If leaving a car at the start, organise the return from the other end beforehand. The bypass’s woodland roads and vehicle delivery to the Klubish are unconfirmed as authorised car access.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave a car at the chosen railway ending for the outing. A station does not establish a permitted vehicle location. Agree delivery and final collection separately from the woodland passage.

What to expect

Places
Klubish at the western return — A woodland stream on the western side of the direction. A small return comes back almost to the same river location before the northern woodland bypass begins; check the current crossing separately.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 476 м.
SurfaceAsphalt 30%, Dirt / grass 10%, Dirt 4%, Unknown 53%.
Риски At the western Klubish return, check the river crossing’s actual condition, then choose this version’s northern woodland continuation. Bypassing a formerly muddy clearing does not guarantee dry ground: hollows and woodland surfaces may slow movement after rain. Check current road and railway crossings near both ends separately. Do not prescribe a water or ice crossing beforehand.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 6 h 19 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Complete duration with rail travel and a Klubish pause is unconfirmed. Plan a daylight outing with reserves for the woodland bypass, wet ground and independent crossing assessment. Include Yakhroma’s urban approach to the start and the concluding Iksha platform approach. Choose the return train against your usual woodland-running pace, with a reserve.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Reliable seasonal passage dates are unconfirmed. Assess woodland ground after rain and current Klubish levels before travelling. Thaw affects the river system, while old winter outings do not establish safe ice today. A prepared ski trail and present woodland-bypass clearing are separately unconfirmed.
