Route description

The previous Yakhroma–Iksha version has a memorable middle section: the woodland Klubish appears twice, at different points of the western arc. After the first river approach, the passage takes the southern clearing continuation, crosses the stream again and returns towards Iksha. This is the more direct clearing version that the author separates from the later northern woodland bypass. The day’s interest is seeing a small river within the Moscow region’s woodland landscape and following a connected journey that changes direction between railway endings. Choose this line after checking both crossings and the clearing’s condition: its former publication does not promise dry ground or clearance today.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
An independent outing needs woodland-running experience and assessment of two water crossings. Conditions for children, dogs and bicycles are separately unchecked. Do not plan the full clearing passage with a stroller; continuous reception is unconfirmed.

Nearby

The northern woodland bypass beyond the Klubish is another published version; it changes the river approaches and is outside this line. The Volgusha and Paramonovsky Ravine deserve separate exploration, but the main ravine or geological outcrop has not been established as visited here. Local resorts, equipped rest places and club fires are outside the confirmed services. A start from Turist or Morozki needs its own approach.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Arrive at passenger Yakhroma on the Savyolovsky direction, then take a separate urban approach to the northern start. The ending lies on the Iksha side and also needs an approach to the chosen platform. Choose present-day trains and check authorised road and railway passages. Turist and Morozki are independent versions requiring revised starting connections.
By car
For vehicle delivery, agree a start on the Yakhroma side and collection near Iksha. If leaving a car at the start, plan the return from the other railway ending. Driving along the clearing, woodland vehicle support and direct access to both river locations are unconfirmed.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave a vehicle on the selected Yakhroma or Iksha side for the entire outing. A passenger station does not itself establish a permitted car location. Choose collection separately from the woodland sections.

What to expect

Places
Two Klubish crossings — The river appears first at the western turn and again along the southern clearing continuation. These are two different locations on one woodland stream; check each crossing independently before departure.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 460 м.
SurfaceAsphalt 31%, Dirt / grass 12%, Improved surface 2%, Unknown 54%.
Риски Check both separated Klubish crossings before departure: conditions at one cannot be transferred to the other. The straight clearing section is the former version for which the author suggested a different bypass when muddy. Confirm today’s ruts, damp hollows and continuation beyond the stream. Use current road and railway crossings and assess any passage through water or across ice on arrival.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 6 h 6 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
No confirmed total duration with travel and river pauses is established. In a daylight plan, allow for checking two crossings, possible slowing along the clearing and separate approaches to both platforms. Leave a reserve before the selected return train from Iksha. The old club rest place is not a required serviced stage.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
The reliably best season for this previous clearing line is unconfirmed. Assess ground and actual stream levels first. Spring thaw can change crossings, while rain changes the clearing. Winter ice, a ski trail and present clearance are separately unconfirmed; seasonal information from old outings needs a new check.

What to bring

Базовый список для комфортного похода
Footwear with suitable grip for woodland and clearings, plus spare dry socks.
Your own food and drinking water; river replenishment is unconfirmed.
Rain layer and pause clothing, insect protection and a small light.
A map of both Klubish crossings and the direct southern continuation, phone, reserve power and first aid.
Checked rail return and assistance agreed beforehand if needed.
