Route description

This Grivno cycling circuit connects Molodi’s rural history with roads and woodland south of Klimovsk. Leave the station via the urban edge and Klimovsk stele, then continue south to Molodi. Stop at the local war memorial, examine the Resurrection Church with its paired towers and view the ruined manor house from a safe outside position. The Battle of Molodi memorial stone adds another historical layer, recalling the area’s association with fighting between Russian troops and the Crimean Khanate’s army. The manor side is not the finish. Roads lead farther towards western settlements, woodland sections and the Zhokhovo area before turning north. Surfaces and surroundings change: asphalt can give way to a dirt bend, while exposed ground brings wind into consideration. Near Klimovsk, the Petrica and a brief Dubrava park-edge approach provide a reason to slow down before the station. No complete park tour, beach visit or facilities circuit is included. Preparation and permission checks matter. The primary tour warns of sections where cycling is prohibited. Push only where pedestrian access is permitted; present permission throughout the entire circuit is unconfirmed. Check restrictions beforehand, account for cars and stop to examine monuments. View the damaged manor house from outside, keeping clear of its walls.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
The circuit uses Grivno station. Prepare for sustained riding and roads shared with cars. The source tour warns of sections where cycling is prohibited: push only where pedestrian passage is permitted. Such passage throughout the circuit is unestablished. It is unsuitable as a children’s leisure ride or for strollers; dog rules and continuous reception are unknown.

Nearby

The wing, barn, burial building and other Molodi estate portions need independent permitted approaches and condition checks; viewing the main house outside does not include the complete ensemble. Dubrava’s full park, beach side and playgrounds have separate plans and current rules. The historical festival on Molodi Field follows its own calendar; its transfer, parking, food and reconstructions are not permanent circuit services.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Begin and return beside Grivno Station on the Kursk line. Check calling trains, the permitted passenger entrance and bicycle-carriage rules for the selected service. Account for other passengers and restrictions at station passages: a bicycle does not authorize riding on every platform. Confirm the timetable and return arrangements before travelling.
By car
Plan arrival at Grivno’s railway side in Klimovsk. Agree a permitted town road approach and meeting point beforehand. The closed circuit returns to the station side, but complete vehicle access through its woodland is unestablished. Park paths, service roads and private gates are not extensions of the driving approach.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Establish permitted vehicle storage on the selected Grivno side. A town entrance, station space or another facility’s parking does not establish parking for this circuit. Keep passenger approaches, roads and entrances clear.
