Route description

Semkhoz to Kalistovo through the Vorya and a Khlyby-side approach is a substantial independent ski outing with a pronounced western section. From Semkhoz, the passage first makes a northern arc before heading west to meet the Vorya. It continues towards the Khlyby side, where a separate out-and-back precedes the southern arc towards Kalistovo. The two railway halts therefore frame a full journey rather than a short passage between neighbouring stops. The author’s intent concerned spring ski gatherings near Khlyby. The preserved older version is explicitly archived by the author: check present connections, snow and the river passage before choosing a suitable day for this large outing.
