Route description

Morozki to Iksha with a compact woodland return first unfolds around the western arc and two Klubish locations. From Morozki, the passage heads west, turns around the northern woodland continuation and proceeds south towards the stream. A northern crossing is followed by a southern one; beyond it, a small western return leads to the eastern turn towards Iksha. This version leaves the stream section sooner: it omits the neighbouring version’s longer southern out-and-back. The result is an independent ski day meeting one Klubish stream in different woodland sections. The author warns that the family depends on passage by the Central Ring Road and notes the quarry’s effect on the starting Morozki side. Check current authorised connections and stream crossings before travelling.

Route at a glance

Главное за минуту
See the Klubish at two locations on the western woodland arc, then continue towards Iksha after a short return. The compact middle changes the ski day’s character: the journey moves from the stream towards its eastern ending without the extra long southern branch.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
For skiers experienced in independent woodland navigation and assessing water locations. Conditions for children, dogs and the entire bicycle passage are unestablished. A stroller is unsuitable for the woodland ski outing; continuous mobile reception is unchecked.

Nearby

The author presents the Sokolnikovo extension and gas pipeline passage as separate possibilities; they are not added here. The other Morozki to Iksha version’s southern branch changes the middle of the outing. The archival Klubish fire is outside the operating services; a visit into the quarry’s industrial area is also outside the outing.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
The passenger start belongs to Morozki on the Savyolovsky direction; arrange a separate authorised approach from the required platform to the beginning. After the main eastern ending, allow an approach to the required Iksha platform. Both ends belong to one railway direction, but choose present trains and passenger passages separately. Katuar starts another published running outing.
By car
For delivery by car, choose a drop-off point on the Morozki side and a meeting point after the ending near Iksha beforehand. Independently arrange the return to a car left at the start. Vehicle support through the western woods and direct access to the two stream locations are unestablished.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave a vehicle for the whole outing at your chosen Morozki or Iksha approach. Agree group drop-off separately from a longer car stay.

What to expect

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 350 м.
SurfaceDirt 19%, Dirt / grass 18%, Asphalt 8%, Unknown 54%.
Риски First confirm the starting connections near Morozki in light of the author’s quarry warning, and a current authorised passage beside the Central Ring Road. Assess northern and southern Klubish crossings independently: present bridges, safe fords and ice are unestablished. Beyond the stream section, follow this version’s compact western return instead of substituting the neighbouring southern branch. Woodland clearance and snow conditions are separately unconfirmed.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 4 h 24 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
A modern total duration for the one-day ski outing is unestablished. Include arrival at Morozki, the western arc, two stream assessments and compact return before the Iksha continuation. Account separately for passenger approaches at the beginning and ending. A shorter middle does not establish a timing schedule; choose a return train with a reserve for your group’s conditions.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
The ski intent needs settled snow and connections checked beforehand. Thaw or wet snow may change passage through woodland and stream locations. Ski trail preparation today is unconfirmed. The author’s running alternative starting at Katuar takes another course and does not establish a summer season for this entire outing.
