Route description

This Brest circuit begins by heading south. After the city’s Mukhavets crossing, the road leads towards Malorita. Pause near St Nicholas Church for its wooden silhouette before continuing across the Malorita and Rita rivers towards Kobrin. Here the setting changes to the historic Suvorov house and the neighbouring military-history museum building. The Kobrin section passes the Mukhavets, where a permitted river crossing must be arranged in advance. The journey then turns north: Pruzhany and Shereshevo introduce a woodland arc that includes the Left Lesnaya and St Andrew Church in Pashuki. Small-settlement history alternates with extended rural sections. By the Kamenyuki and western sides, the course returns towards Kamenets, Zhabinka and Brest. This 2025 version combines southern Malorita country, urban Kobrin and a wooded northern return. Give the churches and museum buildings their own pauses, dividing your days between accommodation agreed beforehand.

A day-by-day plan for the multi-day outing is not established. Find confirmed accommodation and supplies for the southern section, the Kobrin crossing and the woodland return. The historic July brevet used a sporting deadline from an early start to the following morning; visitors need their own plan with sufficient sleep. Allow extra time for museum exhibitions and a permitted Mukhavets crossing.
