Route description

From Pinachevo, the passage gradually becomes mountainous: it first follows the woodland side of the Pinachevskaya, then encounters Promezhutochnaya and Semyonovsky. Above Perevalnaya, the approach climbs towards Pinachevsky Pass and the other side of the Nalychevo valley. Descending through dwarf scrub and woodland leads to the central area’s southwestern forest path. This version ends there; bathing areas, the museum and guest houses need a separate onward approach. Prepare for a remote mountain passage with agreed overnight and exit arrangements. Its appeal is the gradual change from river woodland to a mountain saddle and a new valley beyond the ridge.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
Without a car - Hard With children - With caution With a dog - With caution By bike - No data With a stroller - No Mobile signal - Poor The park advises against its summer programme for children under ten. Supervise older children on ascent, descent and water crossings. Keep dogs leashed. Cycling is unconfirmed. Reception is reported only at the initial ranger post; arrange another communication method for the rest of the journey.

Nearby

Goryacherechenskiye and Nalychevo thermal areas, bathing facilities, Ivanov Gryphon, Aquarium House and the Semyonov Education Centre lie beyond the confirmed ending and need further approaches. Bathing, exhibitions and accommodation are not automatically included. Talovskiye Springs, Dzendzur and Aag Narzans belong to other outings; high volcanic summits seen from the pass do not become visited destinations.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Regular services directly to the initial path are unconfirmed. Arrange delivery to Pinachevo and a drop-off beside the park start, checking the particular option for your day. The finish leaves a separate exit from the remote Nalychevo side, which needs advance arrangements. Returning directly from the ending by ordinary town services is unconfirmed.
By car
The passport allows a lower vehicle approach to the Pinachevsky ranger post on Podgornaya Street in Pinachevo. Enquire about the drop-off beside the initial passage beforehand. The mountain section is on foot; vehicle collection at the woodland finish is unconfirmed. For a separate exit from the central area, check actual road delivery: the list again publishes Radygino’s vehicle direction as open, and Nalychevo visits resumed after the cyclone restriction on 9 October. This does not establish collection directly at the woodland ending.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave the car on Pinachevo’s lower side for the trek. Returning to it from the remote finish needs a separate plan. Keep vehicles off the woodland path and do not assume road access over the pass.

What to expect

Places
Pinachevskaya River The named river valley of the lower woodland approach. The path follows its side, with no included visit to the water or a particular bridge.
Promezhutochnaya rest site A named lower-valley landmark before Semyonovsky. A covered pause depends on the established site’s current condition.
Semyonovsky ranger post The park ranger post between the lower valley and pass approach. Arrange accommodation and use of rooms separately beforehand.
Perevalnaya rest site The named site before the further mountain ascent. Assess conditions and continue on the established passage; usable shelter is unconfirmed.
Pinachevsky Pass The direction’s main mountain saddle, followed by the path towards the Nalychevo valley. Views depend on weather, while the steep descent needs care.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainДанные по набору высоты уточняются.
SurfaceТип покрытия пока не определён.
Риски The demanding section is the climb towards Pinachevsky Pass and the subsequent steep descent through dwarf scrub. Stones, wet ground, fog and snow can change conditions even during the open season. Check water passages in the lower woodland and avoid cutting across banks. Decide about the mountain section before entering dangerous terrain in poor visibility, preserving the option to turn back.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 10 h 52 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
A day-by-day plan is not established. Complete duration of this multi-day version including the onward exit is unconfirmed. The park’s general plan separates the lower approach through Semyonovsky from the subsequent pass passage; agree the particular stages and accommodation for your group. This version ends on the woodland side, so reaching central services and returning requires extra time. Included overnight accommodation is unconfirmed.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
The summer walking direction is published for June–October, subject to opening and permitted access. Check pass snow, water and descent conditions for your day; the calendar season does not guarantee a dry path. The winter version is closed and needs different travel modes and arrangements.
