Route description

From Dzinaga, the path enters Karaugom valley and ends at Paradise Meadow beside Fastagdon. Pine woodland, boulders and old moraine ridges reveal how strongly the glacier shaped this gorge. At the meadow, a major debris flow altered the former resting place and river confluence, so its familiar name does not mean an unchanged bank. Pause to examine the valley while keeping away from fast water and unstable slopes. The glacier lies farther on and requires a separate continuation. Confirmed bridges and a planned return to Dzinaga are essential to this outing.
