Route description

From the Izaña roadside, the selected path heads towards Fasnia’s volcanic cones. Dark forms from the January 1705 eruption stand out among older volcanic mountains. Study the cones and solidified materials from the permitted exterior path without adding their summits. Montaña de las Vacas, Enmedio and La Carnicería accompany the later scenery. Open vegetation gives a quiet mountain perspective, while flowering shrubs may change the colours in season. The western exit near Corral del Niño has an actual Sunset Viewpoint. This version’s beginning and ending differ, so independently agree the return and leave time for the final view.
