Route description

From Katuar, this version enters the western woodland side, then crosses the Klubish south of the old club rest place and turns towards Iksha. Its character is a long run between two Savyolovsky railway endings, with a river crossing inside the woodland section. The Klubish changes with the season: a spring stream and a low-water summer channel need different assessments on arrival. The main passage does not establish the crossing’s condition today. Check woodland ground, the river approach and both short platform connections before leaving. A fire, an equipped rest place and private-base services are not automatically included.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
Preparation for woodland running and independent assessment of the water section are needed. Conditions for children, dogs and bicycles are separately unchecked. Do not plan the complete woodland passage with a stroller. Continuous mobile reception is unconfirmed.

Nearby

The newer woodland club rest place and former Klubish site need their own approaches and current agreement: a fire and equipped pause are not included. The archived Granat version differs by its western loop and other river crossing. Private rooms and base services are outside the independent outing. Morozki and Yakhroma start other club directions rather than included stages of this version.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
Both railway endings belong to the Savyolovsky side. From Katuar’s platform, first follow a separate current approach to the start; after finishing, another short approach leads towards the required Iksha platform. Check calls of the chosen trains, railway crossings and the return timetable beforehand. Club departure times from previous years are not today’s timetable.
By car
Choose a vehicle meeting separately at one railway side. Agree the return to your car before starting, since the run ends elsewhere. Private-car travel along the woodland passage and vehicle delivery directly to the river are unconfirmed.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave a car at the chosen railway ending for the outing. A station does not establish permitted vehicle space, security services or free access. Agree collection at the other ending separately.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 217 м.
SurfaceAsphalt 50%, Dirt 20%, Improved surface 2%, Unknown 28%.
Риски At the Klubish, assess current water levels and the established crossing first rather than planning your own ford or ice crossing beforehand. Damp woodland hollows and damaged ground may slow the run. Check the continuation on turns beyond the western section rather than entering the other archived version. Use current authorised passages at road and railway crossings.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 3 h 43 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Complete duration with rail travel and a river pause is unconfirmed. Choose a daylight outing with reserves for wet ground and checking the crossing. Account separately for Katuar to the start and the ending to Iksha’s platform. Choose the return train after considering your usual woodland-running pace, allowing for changed conditions.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
The author publishes a running direction; reliable seasonal passage dates are separately unconfirmed. Spring Klubish levels depend on thaw, while its upper side may have little water in summer. Check the river and woodland after rain. Old December outings do not establish safe ice or a prepared ski trail today.

What to bring

Базовый список для комфортного похода
Running footwear for woodland and wet ground, with a protective layer for stops.
Your own water and food; the river water’s drinking quality is unconfirmed.
Rain layer, dry socks, insect protection and a small light.
A map of the river crossing and platform approaches, phone, spare power and first aid.
Checked return trains and separately agreed vehicle collection if needed.
