Route description

Molodi–Yusupovo–Barybino connects the countryside between two railway directions with the Rojayka and Severka valleys. The opening section meets the Rojayka at the Botvinino-side road bridge; forest and field connections then lead towards Yusupovo and the small Severka. Near Barybino comes the shore of Second Pond, a quiet waterside pause before returning towards the station. The complete independent journey needs advance checks. The author classifies the option as conditionally usable, noting unstable passage through a shooting-range area and problems beside the Severka. A safe pedestrian connection around Kashirskoye Highway must also be established separately. Plan the running day after checking access, with the option to shorten it to a verified section.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 6 h 52 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Allow a long daytime outing with time for navigation, three waterside pauses and the train from Barybino. No verified complete duration exists. Check the shooting-range area, Severka and Kashirskoye connection before setting the start and return transport. If complete passage cannot be confirmed, choose an accessible section with a separate return. Historical group fires and catering are not included.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Choose dry, cool weather with enough daylight for the forest and field connections. After rain or during spring high water, check the Severka and its approaches particularly carefully. Open summer sections need water, while overgrown paths demand attention. A winter outing requires fresh checks of road connections and water crossings.
