Route description

The archival 2017 Sotnya has a memorable western chapter: the Klubish appears at three distinct locations as the journey from Nekrasovskaya reaches Morozki. The Moscow Canal then separates that stream episode from a large eastern woodland loop. There the upper Yakhroma appears, while the northern return leads back towards Morozki. Compared with earlier versions, the western arc lies farther east and is recognisable through its successive Klubish encounters. The author classifies the version as outdated; in the common eastern continuation, he separately reports development that blocks passage. Today this is part of Moscow-region skiing history, with independent visits chosen from confirmed authorised sections.

Route suitability

Кому будет комфортно
For experienced skiers exploring archival directions and checking access independently. A whole modern passage is unconfirmed. Conditions for children, dogs and bicycles on individual sections are unestablished. Do not plan the entire winter woodland passage with a stroller; continuous reception is unknown.

Nearby

The 2015 and 2016 Sotnya versions extend farther west and meet the Klubish differently. Later Radonezh circles belong to another family and do not replace old connections. Historic Radonezh village, Abramtsevo museum and sports bases are unestablished as visits on this line. Treat former control fires as history rather than guaranteed present rest places.

Getting there

Варианты и важные моменты Show on map
Without a car
The historical direction starts on the Nekrasovskaya side of the Savyolovsky railway, with a separate platform approach. Morozki appears after the western section and serves as the return reference following the northern continuation. The actual ending beside the canal needs an additional authorised platform approach. The former Kuzyaevo-side event finish is not arrival at a train; check present connections and timetables separately.
By car
For a selected accessible section, agree drop-off and collection on specific authorised roads. Former woodland continuations do not establish vehicle access to the three Klubish locations or eastern Yakhroma crossings. If a car remains at the start, plan a separate return. Do not rely on former club vehicle support.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Ask whether you may leave a vehicle at the chosen Nekrasovskaya or Morozki location for the entire trip. Agree group delivery independently of permission to leave a car longer.

What to expect

Places
Three Klubish encounters On the western section of the old version, the stream appears at three distinct locations: two along one woodland continuation and another farther north, before returning towards Morozki. Each crossing needs its own checked conditions.
Yakhroma on the eastern Sotnya section The eastern journey meets the upper Yakhroma, while the northern return reaches another location on the river. It adds a separate woodland story beyond the western Klubish encounters; present crossings are unconfirmed.
Moscow Canal on the Morozki side The canal location separates the western approach from the eastern loop and reappears at the ending. This water boundary belongs to the direction’s history; establish a current authorised crossing independently.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 1442 м.
SurfaceAsphalt 14%, Dirt 11%, Dirt / grass 6%, Unknown 67%.
Риски The version is outdated, while the common eastern section’s author reports development and blocked passage at Khlyby. A whole independent journey first needs newly checked authorised connections; do not plan a bypass through private land. Check the three Klubish locations independently, then assess the Yakhroma and canal crossing separately. Former skiing information confirms neither a present bridge, safe ice nor clearance. Choose another accessible section if a connection is unchecked.

How much time to allow

Расчётное время в пути 19 h 49 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
The original 2017 idea was a one-day ski outing with a separate return to Morozki after the timed finish. A confirmed modern duration for the whole journey is unavailable. For a chosen authorised section, allow for daylight, water approaches, pauses and the exit towards a return train. Former event results, fires and food do not establish a present serviced plan.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
The historical version belongs to winter. Confirm access and settled snow for an individual woodland section, and current crossing conditions at each water location. Thaw and poor visibility may change the selected outing. Snow does not remove development or closed connections; a whole summer version is unestablished.

What to bring

Базовый список для комфортного похода
Skis and bindings for the chosen woodland section, plus a small repair kit.
Spare dry layers, wind protection and pause insulation.
Your own food, drinking water and hot drink without relying on former control stops.
A map of the three Klubish locations and selected eastern section, phone, reserve power, light and first aid.
A checked exit to a road or platform and group communication agreed beforehand.
