Route description

This short Great Ob Trail section starts on the Berdskiy Sanatoriy side and leaves residential driveways for the western woodland of Berdsk Spit. A fenced sanatorium complex remains nearby at first, before trees and woodland turns take attention. The walk ends on the Staraya Bashnya complex side. This section enters the woodland of Berdsk Spit city nature park. Slow down and spend time among trees, choosing a walk rather than a busy entertainment programme. A full circuit of the spit is outside this option: continuing towards other bank places needs a separate plan. Choose a dry day and allow time for a permitted return. Nearby hotels, Lazurny children’s camp and the rope grounds have their own visiting conditions. The section’s main impression is the change from the urban sanatorium side to the park woodland.
